I wanted to provide an update regarding drug dealing / drug use, which some members around this area have highlighted as an issue of concern on the Met Engage priority survey. Community Update – Closure Order at 85 Felix Road
We would like to inform residents that a closure order has been successfully enforced at 85 Felix Road, West Ealing, following ongoing concerns around drug-related anti-social behaviour.
This result has been achieved through strong partnership working between the Metropolitan Police Safer Neighbourhood Team and Ealing Council’s Safer Communities Team, and we hope this action brings reassurance to the local community.
We would especially like to thank local residents for their invaluable support. Over ten members of the community came forward with crucial information, which played a significant role in securing this closure order. Your willingness to report concerns and work with us has made a real difference in tackling anti-social behaviour in the area.
We would also like to thank residents who contacted police yesterday when an individual attempted to break into the property. This prompt reporting allowed us to respond quickly. Please continue to report any suspicious activity or concerns to police — your information is vital in helping us keep the area safe.
We extend our sincere thanks to Shannon Mullen from the Ealing Council Safer Communities Team for her hard work and dedication in preparing the case file, as well as to Yasmin McLaughlin for her continued support throughout this process. Their efforts have also been instrumental in previous successful closures at 68A Gifford Gardens and Hopley House.
We remain committed to keeping our neighbourhoods safe and welcoming. Thank you again for your continued support.
